Schools & Groups

Star-Crossed Puzzles are a great way of helping students engage with Shakespeare’s work.

Working as a whole class or in small groups, students can revise plot elements, characters, quotes, and SMSC (social, moral, spiritual cultural context).

Puzzles can be spread throughout a scheme of work as starter or plenary activities, used in revision lessons, or as enrichment challenges for G&T.

Testimonials

Absolutely loved this escape room, my daughter and I tackled it together… it was a brilliant challenge, we both loved playing detective.. brilliant for getting your brain working, and was great to spend time with my daughter doing something we both enjoy. You could play on your own, with family or friends. Great to do something that’s both different and challenging. We will be on the lookout for more escape rooms from Star-Crossed Puzzles. Thank you for the experience

I recently played the Romeo & Juliet game, thoroughly enjoying the challenge, although I admit to using some of the hints and one answer. The following evening I borrowed a friend’s 7-year-old son to play it. He raced through the solutions, faster than me in some cases. An excellent puzzle for all ages and abilities, especially if played by a group. Highly recommended.
